Toubkal Treks Berber villages − 6 Day Berber villages trek and Mount Toubkal Trek

Toubkal Treks berber Villages. At 75 km south of the red city of Marrakech, the Toubkal massif, with its highest point in North Africa (4167 m), offers a beautiful alpine landscape with terraced crops and valleys. The stone villages, a consequence of the harsh climate, reflect the struggle for survival against nature. This six-day trek in Toubkal’s high mountains will allow us to discover Berber villages with the ultimate goal of climbing, without any technical difficulty, the Toubkal, the highest point in North Africa.

An extraordinary trek in the mountains of Toubkal, the culmination of which is the ascent (optional) of a summit over 4000m, the Toubkal, the roof of northern Africa.

During our Toubkal Treks: Berber Villages, we’ll follow the ancestral mule tracks that are still used every day by the inhabitants of those secluded villages. We especially want you to get to know and like those mountain Berbers, their incomparable hospitality, their good manners, their habits, and their customs as we’ll be enjoying the mountain atmosphere specific to this hike in Toubkal.
