3-Day Program: Climbing Toubkal Mountain

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Trekking Starts to Toubkal Refuge

A short transfer early in the morning takes us from Marrakech to Imlil, where we meet our local team and muleteers. We begin our hike with a steady climb toward the village of Aremd, passing through terraced crops and irrigation canals. We continue past the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch before reaching the Toubkal Refuge at 3,100m altitude.
Walking duration: approx. 5 hours. Overnight stay at the refuge.

Day 2: Toubkal Refuge (3100m) – Climbing Toubkal Mountain (4167m) – Return to Refuge

Climbing Toubkal Mountain is non-technical and accessible to fit hikers. We start early in the morning to enjoy the cool air and sunrise views. From the summit of Mount Toubkal (4,167m), we enjoy panoramic views across the High Atlas range, the Sirwa Massif, and the Marrakech plains. After celebrating at the peak, we descend back to the refuge for lunch and a relaxing afternoon.
Ascent duration: approx. 3 hours | Descent duration: approx. 2.5 hours. Overnight stay at the refuge.

Day 3: Toubkal Refuge – Imlil – Marrakech

After breakfast, we descend along the mule trail past Sidi Chamharouch (2,250m) down to Imlil (1,750m), where we enjoy lunch. We then take our private transfer back to Marrakech, arriving in the early afternoon.
