4 Days Ascent of Djebel M’goun (4071m)-Trekking Ait Bougmez Valley :

A 4-day Ascent of Djebel M’goun starts from the Aït Bougmez valley, often referred to as the “happy valley,” passing by the sheepfolds of Azib N’Ikkis before arriving at the plateau of Tarkeddit, located at the foot of M’goun. Here, we have the opportunity to meet nomads who bring their flocks of goats, sheep, and camels from the valleys of the High Atlas. The climb of M’goun offers breathtaking views, extending to the entire Atlas Mountains and, in the south, to the valley of Dades, Jebel Sargho, and the vast Saharan expanses.
